Each scoop is thoughtfully curated and may include boutique accessories, stationery, self-care items, seasonal favorites, collectible surprises, beads, charms, and other unique treasures. Every scoop is different, making each unboxing a one-of-a-kind experience.
🌿 Are all scoops the same?
No! Every scoop is uniquely curated, so no two are exactly alike. That’s part of the fun!
🌿 Can I choose my favorite colors or theme?
Yes! Share your favorite colors, themes, or interests in the order notes at checkout. We’ll do our best to personalize your scoop whenever possible, but specific items cannot be guaranteed.
🌿 Which scoops include Rare, Ultra, and Legendary Treasures?
Our Single, Double, Triple, Quad, and Mega Scoops all have the chance to include Rare Treasures, Ultra Treasures, and Legendary Finds.
Mini Scoops do not include these special treasure opportunities.
🌿 How long will it take to ship my order?
Every order is thoughtfully hand-packed by Kim & Kris. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order ships. You’ll receive tracking information once it’s on its way.
🌿 Can I send a scoop as a gift?
Absolutely! Our scoops make wonderful gifts. If you’re sending one to someone special, let us know in the order notes and we’ll make it extra special.
🌿 What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@yayanme.com. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Due to the curated, surprise nature of our scoops, all sales are final. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
🌿 Are your products suitable for children?
Our scoops may contain small parts and are not intended for children under 3 years of age.
